The invention of ‘Sushi Bake’ was inspired by its rising popularity in Singapore (my country of origin).
I was craving for it despite never trying it before. Searched high and low for it in New Zealand and realised there was no market for it. Flying to Singapore was not an option at the time and then realised ‘heyyyy I can make this!’
So, I decided to create my own version with a little twist to it.

Hello, my name is Yaz, born and raised in Singapore. From a young age, I developed a passion for cooking and an even greater enthusiasm for culinary experiences.
During the day, I am your typical 9-5 corporate girl. While in the evenings, I wear multiple hats to achieve my long-term goal to establish a pop-up shop and a children's café. It is a long shot, but I don’t dream small.
